A 6-week AI pilot in Luxembourg for SMEs

An AI pilot in Luxembourg is the lowest-risk way to learn whether AI is worth it for your SME. Six weeks, one metric, a production-grade build on real data, and an honest verdict: scale, refine or stop.

What's included

What the AI pilot includes

A fixed-scope engagement built to produce a decision, not a demo. You leave with proof on your real data and a clear call on what to do next.

01

Frame (Week 1)

We pick the single highest-value use case and agree one success metric before any code is written.

02

Build (Weeks 2 to 5)

A production-grade solution on your real data and in your real workflow. Operational proof, not a sandbox.

03

Measure (Week 6)

Measured against the Week 1 baseline. One honest verdict: scale it, refine it, or stop and keep the budget.

Who it's for

For SMEs that need proof before they commit

If you're told AI matters but can't separate hype from real value, the pilot settles it. You bring one real workflow; we test it properly and report what the data says.

01

The skeptics

You suspect AI is hype in your context. The pilot tells you, with evidence, in six weeks.

02

Ready but cautious

You see the opportunity but won't commit budget blind. A fixed-scope pilot contains the risk.

03

Already tried a tool

You bought an AI tool no one uses. We find the use case that actually pays and prove it.

How it works

How the AI pilot works

01

One use case

Not three. We narrow to the single highest-value opportunity and resist the pressure to fold in more.

02

One metric

One success metric, agreed and baselined in Week 1, before the build. The metric owns the pilot.

03

Real data

We build on your actual data and workflow. A pilot that never reaches production tells you nothing.

04

A verdict

Week 6 ends in a decision: scale, refine, or stop. Not a report, not a sales pitch for phase two.

FAQ

AI pilot and proof of concept, in plain terms

01

What's the difference between an AI pilot and a proof of concept?

They overlap. A proof of concept, or PoC, shows an idea can work. Our AI pilot goes further: a production-grade build on your real data, measured against one agreed metric, ending in a verdict on whether to scale.
02

How is this different from your AI consulting page?

The consulting page is for when you're still deciding whether and where AI fits. This pilot is a fixed product: six weeks, one use case, one metric, a defined deliverable. You'd come here once you know what to test.
03

What if the pilot says AI isn't worth it?

That's a valid and valuable outcome. You keep the budget, the time and the credibility, and you know why. 'Stop' is the method working, not failing.
04

Can the pilot be funded in Luxembourg?

The official SME Packages - AI page on Guichet.lu states that aid is 70% of eligible costs for projects between EUR 3,000 and EUR 25,000 excluding VAT. House of Entrepreneurship and Chambre des Métiers are the only official contacts for confirming whether a company and proposed pilot scope are eligible. LetzClick can define and deliver the technical scope, but does not manage the administrative application.
05

Do we need an in-house data team?

No. The pilot is built to run with the people and data you already have.
