One pattern I kept meeting.
I’m Maroun Altekly. Over the past two decades I’ve worked across banking, fintech and startups, in different roles and different countries. What connects all of it is one pattern I kept meeting:
The business works — but it only works through one or two people. The knowledge is real; it’s just never been written down. The data exists; it’s just scattered across inboxes, spreadsheets and someone’s memory. The founder built a mosaic only they can read.
That mosaic is why the owner can’t take a real holiday. It’s why every new hire takes months to become useful. It’s why the company would be hard to sell — a buyer pays for a business, not a person. And it’s why AI disappoints when it’s bolted on top: you can’t automate what was never structured.
LetzClick exists to fix the order of operations. Structure first — your digital presence, your knowledge, your data. Then prove what AI can actually add, with a six-week pilot measured against one honest metric. Then build on what the evidence supports.
With your team, not around it.
I don’t approach this as something to roll out or impose. I work with your people — listening, asking questions, spending time where the work actually happens. Without your team’s buy-in, even the best solution goes nowhere. With it, progress compounds.
And I’ll tell you when the answer is no. Not every problem needs AI. Not every idea should be built. Some engagements end at “stop” — that’s the method working, not failing.
No agency model. No handoffs.
I don’t run an agency and I don’t delegate responsibility. When a project needs specific expertise, I bring in senior specialists — but judgment, direction and accountability stay with me, from the first call to the handover.
That limits how many clients I take on. It’s a constraint I’ve chosen: this work only succeeds with continuity, trust and shared ownership, and those don’t survive being handed down to a junior team.
One point of contact
You work with the person doing the thinking, start to finish.
Senior specialists when needed
Brought in for specific expertise; accountability never moves.
Intentionally few clients
Continuity and trust over volume, by design.
