Luxembourg funding
Funding depends on the implementation scope
Process documentation by itself is not expressly listed under SME Packages - Digital. It may form part of an eligible website or management-system implementation, subject to official assessment. For an approved €3,000–€25,000 project excluding VAT, aid is 70% of eligible costs, capped at €17,500 and paid after delivery. A business permit, EU SME status, a Luxembourg registered office, mandatory pre-analysis and Ministry approval are required.

Documenting your processes, in plain terms
Why document processes instead of just buying a tool?
A tool like Notion or a wiki is a container. It stays empty until someone extracts the knowledge from the founder's head and structures it. We do that work. The tool is the easy part; the extraction is the job.

Can this be funded in Luxembourg?
Documentation alone is not expressly listed under SME Packages - Digital. It may be assessed as part of an eligible website or management-system project.
