Documenting your processes, in plain terms
Why document processes instead of just buying a tool?
A tool like Notion or a wiki is a container. It stays empty until someone extracts the knowledge from the founder's head and structures it. We do that work. The tool is the easy part; the extraction is the job.
Isn't this just for big companies?
No. It matters most for owner-run SMEs, because the whole business often lives in one person's head. That's exactly the business that breaks when that person steps back.
How long does it take?
It depends on how much is undocumented, but a first pass on your core processes typically takes a few weeks. We scope the work around your operating reality.
Can this be funded in Luxembourg?
The official SME Packages - Digital page on Guichet.lu states that aid is 70% of eligible costs for projects between EUR 3,000 and EUR 25,000 excluding VAT. It lists eligible digital implementations such as management systems; process documentation on its own is not listed. House of Entrepreneurship and Chambre des Métiers are the only official contacts for confirming eligibility. LetzClick does not manage the administrative application.
Do I need this before AI?
